Account & Registration

Opening a new account at Moobet is quick and straightforward. On the registration page Enter your name, mobile number or email, and a strong password. Verify with an OTP and your account is ready to go. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes. You can claim your welcome bonus as soon as you register.

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number and we'll send you a reset link or OTP. Use it to set a new password. The reset link is valid for 15 minutes — if you don't see it, check your spam folder or request a new one.

Yes, you can update your email or mobile number from Account Settings. For security purposes, you'll need to verify your current password and an OTP before any changes are made. Some updates after KYC completion may require approval from the support team.

Yes, you can close or temporarily deactivate your account at any time. You can enable self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings, or email support@moobet.ws to request permanent account closure. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

A wagering requirement means you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to wager ৳10,000 in total. Every sports bet counts toward the requirement. You can track your progress under the "Bonus" section in your dashboard.

Betting & Live Odds

Log in and deposit funds into your account first. Then go to the "Betting" or "Sports" section, pick your preferred sport and match. Click on the odds to add a selection to your bet slip, enter your stake, and hit "Confirm Bet". You'll receive a confirmation once your bet is successfully placed.

Live betting, or in-play betting, lets you place bets on a match while it's in progress. Odds update in real time after the match starts, and you can place bets at any point during play. Moobet offers live betting on cricket, football, tennis, and more. Live scores and stats are available to help you make informed decisions.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that match are automatically voided and the full stake is returned to your account. Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours. The only exception is if the match was 90% complete at the time — in that case, the result stands.

Yes, cashout is available on selected matches at Moobet. It lets you settle a bet — partially or in full — before the match ends. If the cashout button appears on your bet slip, the option is available for that bet. The cashout amount depends on the current odds and your original stake.

Yes, Moobet supports accumulator and parlay bets. Simply add multiple matches to your bet slip and they'll be combined into a multi bet. The odds for each match are multiplied together, giving you a much higher potential payout. Keep in mind that every selection must be correct — one wrong result and the entire bet is lost.
Security & Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraudulent activity. It is required before your first withdrawal. Here's what you'll need:
  • A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
  • Selfie (holding NID in hand)
  • Utility bill for address verification (optional)
Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Go to Account Settings > Security and enable 2FA. You can choose between SMS OTP or Google Authenticator. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a six-digit code alongside your password every time you log in. This protects your account from unauthorized access.
